Story:
A routine tale, the story begins with Kathi Seenu (nikhil) who is a brave and kind hearted guy but a troublemaker. Due to this, his sister and brother-in-law (hema, Krishna bhagawan) face the ire of the people. Anyways, one incident challenges the ego of Seenu and he vows to fall in love with a girl and marry her. His prayer is answered when he sees Meghana (pooja) at a wedding. However, Seenu's trials to woo her go in vain as Meghana is not interested in love. Meanwhile, a noted don Liquor Shankar (sayaji) is busy searching for Meghana. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.
Presentation:  The director has come up with a known storyline and while the presentation was decent, the narrative was inconsistent. The dialogues were good. The script was average and the screenplay was okay. Background score was nice but songs were not impressive. Cinematography was decent. Editing was a bit jerky, during the second half. Costumes were natural and apt while the art department was upto the mark. Nikhil comes up with full energetic performance and has scored well in all departments. Pooja looks pretty and has a seductive charm. Sayaji Shinde was usual, Ali was average, Brahmi was boring, M S Narayana was hilarious, Raghu Babu was funny, Krishna Bhagawan was usual, Suman was standard.
Conclusion:  As such, the film is shaped up as a commercial mass entertainer and it has followed the required parameters. While the first half is filled with elements of comedy, romance, songs and fights, the second half gets into the flashback episode and the required melodrama. However, it is the second half which suffers due to dragged sequences and unwanted comedy. Overall, this is a film which takes off well but begins to go down as it passes. At the box office, the film may find some audience at the B, C centres
