Story: A regular tale, the story begins with Sundaram (karan) whose dream is to get a government job but then due to various corrupt officials, he loses the opportunity. In comes his good friend Salai (saravanan) who is basically a gangster but a good man. In no time, Sundaram joins hands with Salai and grows up to be a noted gangster. He also falls in love with Mary (anjali) who is the daughter of another gangster. Things look set for Sundaram to marry Mary but an incident occurs which changes the whole situation. What happens after that forms the rest of the story. Presentation:  The director has come up with a predictable storyline and while the presentation was decent, the narrative was not upto the mark. The dialogues were good. The script was just okay and the screenplay was moderate. Background score was weak but songs were impressive. Cinematography was alright. Editing was regular, especially during the second half. Costumes were natural and apt while the art department was upto the mark. Karan has come up with a good effort and he balances the film very well with his act. Anjali looks naturally seductive and she steals the show. Saravanan was good. Kadhal Dhandapani was cruel as usual while Ganja Karuppu does his best to bring smiles. The others didn't have much scope. Conclusion:  The very plot of the movie is quite routine so it is natural that the audience would expect some engaging screenplay so that they can involve. That didn't happen as expected. The first half goes about with the layering of the plot and a bit of romance and comedy, the second half gets serious and the dose of melodrama is high making it more like an emotional treat than an action packed treat. At the box office, the openings will be good due to the star power and the mass value but it could just land in a safe zone given the investment   Download this torrent
